Cheap bag. The support bar thats connected under tge bag bent from regular use in less than a week. That on part cannot be ordered separately.

This is great for precision training and speed training. i wish there was a middle between the flex, so that the bag would not have to be just straight or just wobbly. Other than that, it is a great product!
