This is great to blow off some steam. My son likes playing with this a lot. He used to do a lot of shadow boxing and now he has this to hit. It was a little tricky to put together so have some patience. I think this works great now but as my son grows, we'll have to get him something that is stronger. I wouldn't really consider this heavy duty. It just doesn't seem like it can withstand too much force or power.
