Please note, the base for this has a curved fill spout, so if filling with sand plan to use a teaspoon, and never empty it.
Directions were otherwise easy to follow, all parts included. One person can easily set up. It wobbles easily, but doesn't spring back as fast as a ceiling-mounted speed bag. We're waiting to see how it holds up.
