This key fob seemed like it was a good quality one and the buttons had a nice touch to it. Unfortunately it did not work for my truck, so I had to send back to the seller. Got to love Amazon for the easy returns though.
The seller I bought from included the instructions for entering the truck into programming mode. This was incredibly helpful.

Looks like the factory original. It works with my 2006 GMC Sierra SLE 1500. Easy to code, just follow included instructions.
