Perfect for Chilly nights

Love it. My pictures speak for themselves
Awesome Chiminea but then again it should be for $589

Awesome Chiminea but then again it should be for $589.00. I wonder what the profit margin is? Anyway, it was extremely easy to setup by myself. The FedEx guy wheeled the two boxes right to my patio. I cut the box off the firebox so that I wouldn't have to lift it out. I then slid it on the base. The oven base and chimney are in two pieces which were relatively light to lift on. The fire box is large and can accommodate nice size logs. Last night we tried making Pizza on the Stone. The first pizza came out a little burnt on the bottom in less than 8 minutes but still tasted great. The second one came out perfect due to the fire dying down a little. I can tell you right now that a 1000 degree Barbecue Thermometer is a MUST! I plan on drilling a hole above the door to install it. To eliminate the problem of the Pizza sticking to the Peel, I boutht a non-stick one: https://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Aluminum-Nonstick-Nano-Ceramic-Coating/dp/B01N2VUBKG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1495287152&sr=8-4&keywords=14%22+pizza+peel
I noticed a few people were comparing the Blue Rooster to the Aztec Allure Pizza oven. There is no comparison as the Blue Rooster is a way better value. Consider that for $20.00 more you get a unit that's way larger (22"W x 18"D x 49H" versus 16"L x 18.5"W x 44"H for the Aztek). Trust me, BIGGER is BETTER!

This is a great outdoor fireplace
Jeremy•January 2, 2016
This is a great outdoor fireplace. While we haven't used the pizza oven yet, the fireplace itself is very solid (cast iron construction) and well built. Be aware that this is *heavy* (~240 lbs), so you may want some help moving it.
I don't remove any stars for that weight, of couse, because that's exactly what we're looking for.
The design is pleasing and works well with our outdoor seating area.

Will built and will probably out last my life span. I'm on the Oregon coast , so won't be using it as much as I would like due to the rain. Spring is coming.
