I don't know how I lived without this cutter. It will go into my standard gift pac for newlyweds. It makes cutting so simple, clean and straight. You just take the roll of plastic wrap out of the box you bought it in, and thread it through the opening of this cutter. That is all there is to it.

I was expecting this to be plastic and it's really just heavy cardboard. Be mindful of where you sit this, or using it with wet hands. Aside from that, I absolutely love it. The plastic wrap it comes with is good quality and the cutter makes it less of a hassle to wrap anything with plastic wrap. Definitely will be purchasing the one for foil wrap and parchment as well.
