So far so good. I've been using this product, in conjunction with a salt system, for a couple of weeks. The chemicals in the tub have been balanced since the first treatment. The water now has a softer, silky feel and we like it.

if you are not using this for your hot tub you are missing out. So EASY to keep our tub super clear now. Use these with the shock Gems they sell. Perfect combo. No more cloudy water.

I'm infuriated whenever I have to reorder this stuff because it's so expensive, but it does what it says it will, ... and I'll keep buying it to have a low maintenance hot tub that's always ready to enjoy.

This is what the spa company recommended to be virtually maintenance free. So far so good. It's super expensive, but if it works and keeps everything in warranty, that's okay I guess.
