Thread kit not numbered

I ordered this product in September and didn't have time to start work on it. I took it with me on a trip in February, and when I opened the package, the threads in the kit were not numbered; therefore it was impossible to use the kit. I guess it's too late for a return, but I am very disappointed.

Mine looks like this so far.
Received a poor aida clothe with the kit. Seems like the clothe has been stretched and when i tried to grid it, the lines would not align. Bought my own aida clothe to stitch on. The black floss in the kit also tangles up and frays badly. Went to use the piece of aida clothe from the kit for a small side project, realized the holes on the clothe were badly punctured. Its like having double vision trying when trying to poke the needle through the holes. So glad i bought my own aida for a big project like this.
Other than that, love the design of this kit.
