Good quality led strip!

Great lighting quality, somewhat accurate color.
Preset white is more blueish than regular white leds, not sure why, but full red, full green, then turning down blue gets a pretty good true white. See attached photos.
The leds run warm. I fear this will degrade the adhesive in time. The adhesive is very weak to begin with and comes of easily, very typical of the other super night leds I have but this strip is the worse.
Control is responsive no issues so far. Speed control seems limited to preset levels and not truly variable.
I'm happy with it. Just can't do five stars because of the adhesive. I know in a couple days I'll be dabbing super glue on spots.

The seller was prompt at reaching out to me in an attempt to remedy the problem as stated below. They sent me a replacement strip that has been holding now for two days since install. Looks great, feels solid this time. The first strip may have just been a fluke.

Not worth it. In less then 5 minutes after installing this behind a desk, it fell off. The adhesive just won't hold up the strip. Nothing unusual about the service of the desk. Tried putting them back up and they fell off even quicker. Looks like I'm going to have to buy some superglue to get it to hold. Unlikely to purchase again.

I have been using this item for a few months now and really like it. The length is perfect for my computer desk and the remote works just fine. The colors are very good, but they are not perfect but is anything perfect. The best part is these lights match up perfectly with the leds i have in my computer case.
The only downfall is the sticky part on the back is a bit weak, as far as I know it could just be from sitting in some warehouse. If you have the same issue as me you can pick up some 3m double sided tape at Walmart and then I assure you they are not coming off lol..

Super fun kit and works great. Lighting effects are really nice and colors are very bold. Only complaint is that I am not using it on a flat surface and the sticky backing is not great. I recommend you open and unroll in a clean area as the backing tape comes off a bit (from rolled to flat the two dimensions change...something has to give) and you can pick up lots of dust, dirt, etc on the sticky surface. Sawdust was my undoing! So I had to glue or tape or ziptie it into place since I had messed up the sticky side with sawdust from sanding the surface I was going to stick it to. Otherwise it has been lots of fun and has worked great. I even cut it in half and put an extention wire/cable between the two halves. Took some soldering but worked great and now I can use both halves, across the room from each other....with the same controller and power source.
be very careful putting the strips around sharp corners because they are very easy to split into 2 pieces by accident

First off, This Item does not come with the power supply so please keep in mind that you will need to have one handy or purchase on with this. These 16 feet fit perfectly around the outside of my desk turning my room into an extraordinary light show. Here are some things I have noticed overtime using these lights. These lights are very bright, in fact I just keep them on the lowest brightness setting and that is still bright enough to hurt my eyes after about an hour. next, be very careful putting the strips around sharp corners because they are very easy to split into 2 pieces by accident. (This happened to me.) The remote has plenty of features which is convenient although the majority of the features either don't work or are too confusing and seemingly pointless for me to spend enough time to figure them out, my personal favorite is the fade option which cycles all colors around the strip making a very cool effect. In all would definitely recommend buying these LED strips but I would encourage you to spend more time than I did on the setup which will give you a lot less maintenance issues in the future as I had. I will hopefully continue to use supernight products in the future.
