Did absolutely nothing. It's not that it didn't get rid of the odor, it's that I followed the instructions exactly and nothing happened! It didn't activate or do anything. I was setting off two and neither worked. Then I read that to request a refund I needed to have kept the foil packets that had already been discarded. Fortunately purchased from Amazon who promptly issued me a refund.

Seems to have worked some. Used in a heavy smoked in house so likely only a new paint job will totally get rid of smell.

Worked great for a week or two and then cigarette smell came back. Might need to have try two applications and see if it helps
