It works, after a few months, the machine doesn't automatically go from boiling water to keeping the water warm.

After only 2.5 months of purchase it start leaking water all over my counter from bottom container. Also the bottom container is not isolated to from refecting the heat to its outside surface therefore I burned my fingers a few times forgetting not to touch the steel part after boiling the water. I will try to get in touch with the coompany and see if they will help me with a return since the product is aready garbage and we can't use it anymore. I will only leave a better review if the company takes responsibility of this poor quality or defected product.
Low Quality - Not SAFE!

Low quality material. Looks good on the picture but the material is very low quality. I bought one for myself and two as gift. All 3 of them not working now. First two start leaking on the handle and the last one handle disconnected when I was pouring tea and broke the glass. Do not waste your money.
Awful product and awful seller

This is exactly what I wanted so I went ahead and paid more than a regular electric tea pot for it hoping it was a quality product. I've now had it for less than two months and it seems to have a short. I probably used it less than 5 times total and now the seller will not own up to the defective products they sell. Be careful!
Marvelous for drinkers of regular tea as well as fans of Turkish tea!

I have had this kettle since Dec 2015. I use it practically every day and it's been wonderful. I visited Turkey in Nov 2015 and loved the Turkish tea so I wanted a set-up similar to how they make it - steeping pot on top with water in the bottom pot. I know it's not the traditional Turkish tea pot. However, since I am an avid drinker of many types of other teas, I wanted a kettle I could use to make all of them. This really fits the bill perfectly. I use the kettle every day for my usual tea - it has a separate lid to use without the glass pot - and on weekends to make a pot of Turkish tea. I boil the water in the bottom kettle and make the tea in the glass pot. Then, while my tea pot is steeping on the top, I re-boil water in the bottom kettle for later diluting as the tea gets stronger. The kettle automatically switches to warming after boiling and the pot sits nicely on the kettle to keep my tea warm over a long period of time. Yes, it has collected minerals in the pot but that is the water in my area. Once a month, I use a coffee pot de-mineralizer and it cleans right up. It is really disappointing this kettle is not available at the moment. I wanted to buy one as a gift. I do hope it comes back!
