Works well, but hight adjustment may require some experience

The palls work very well. Completely satisfies our expectations and requirements. The only problem we have is that it's not that easy to adjust its height.

Excellent product. I had lower back pain when going on walks. Since using these sticks, the pain has disappeared. Very lightweight yet sturdy.
Walking poles

Bought a pair of, these for myself and husband. Have been using them just about daily for a 1/2 hour walk and we have no complaints about them. They are sturdy, height adjustment stays in place. Planned on upgrading, if we enjoyed using them, when they wore out but really don't see the need to upgrade. For the money, they work great.

This is a great Nordic walking pole. I like the straps, which I find easy to put on. The tip is the common Nordic pole tip and rolls as you walk along. The poles are easily adjustable and great for a beginner like me. I also like the cork handles. They don't get hot, slick and sweaty.
I admit though, I would have liked instructions on how to put the other tips on. Nothing was included. It might be that it's obvious but it's not really obvious to me. They should know idiots like me might get confused. Lol
All in all, very happy with these poles.
