My wife bought one of these to make bubble waffle cones. She makes the bubble waffles, then rolls them around a tinfoil cone to set up and harden a bit. They are great as ice cream cones. The are also great as just plain old bubble waffles. I am sure there are more ways to use these, but so far she is very happy with the two uses she has tried.

This works really well, and the bubble waffles are very unique compared to regular waffles or Belgian waffles. Experiment with recipes to produce some delicious bubble waffles! This iron works really well, the non-stick surface is very effective and it cleans up really easily. I'm going to buy a second one to prevent fisticuffs over who gets the next waffle. :-) (They really are delicious!)

You need some practice to make the perfect bubble waffle. It is so easy to use and my family are happy that they can have bubble waffle anytime. The grill gets very hot so you will have to be quick in pouring the batter and flip the maker immediately.
I also shake the maker after I flip so that the bubble will be perfect without holes on the outside.
The bubble waffle are smaller than those at retail but this maker is worth the value that I paid for.
