Sturdy and beautiful. Perfect for me.
Great mirror but wish it was brighter

Love everything about the mirror except for the brightness of the light. It is a bit dim. I replaced it with an LED bulb but it didn't help much.
Chic, heavy, so useful.

I'm pretty blind without my glasses, so I need a makeup mirror I can shove right in my face when I tweeze or do my makeup. This one is the first lighted mirror I've had. It's nice, but the switch to turn it on and off isn't the most convenient. I wish it was a push-button, rather than a twist. If my fingers are wet from washing my face, forget it.
It's also HEAVY. They give you mollybolts to install it, and you'll need them. This thing is a monster.
I also wish the magnifying side was 10x like my last mirror. 8x is probably healthier for my self-esteem, but I wish I could still see all those tiny chin hairs I used to be able to with my 10x magnification mirror.
Aside from these small issues, I really like it. The swinging arm is good for adjusting the mirror, as well as hanging my washcloth on it. And, it's really pretty and chic.
