These phones are advertised for seniors or the hearing impaired. There is slight volume increase and it certainly was not enough for my mother who wears hearing aids. I think the advertisement is misleading and should beualtered to indicate there is only one volume

I bought 3 of these since the design was simplistic and the price most reasonable. Not as well made as some others but for senior use will be acceptable since phone use is minimal.
