Boy, I was sure surprised to see a BAG of flour on my porch. But... it was not torn or damaged in any way. Go figure. This flour is absolutely wonderful. I just baked 2 loaves of bread & some hot dog buns this morning. The flour was easy to work with, very fragrant, and it tastes great- not overpowering, just good flavor. Kudos to you, Wheat Montana, on such a great product. I love the fact that I don't have to get the crap at the grocery store any more. This is unbleached, unbromated, non-GMO, just terrific flour. Thank you, I will be ordering more.

In order to test it, I used stand-by recipe- give it a try. It is an old recipe by Betty Crocker for white bread- I use my bread machine to mix it & then take it out and make loaves to bake in the oven. In a bowl mix 2 T yeast, 3 T sugar, 1/2 cup warm water & let sit for a few minutes. Put in the bread machine- 6 1/2 C AP flour, 2T shortening, 1 T salt, 1 3/4 C warm water, and the yeast mixture. Set the bread machine for the dough cycle, when finished- remove and form loaves, let rise & bake at 375 in the oven till done. Yum. Happy Baking!

this flour has a rich color, and delicious fragrance. it slumps in the container, almost like it's already cut with butter. i've made foccacia rolls with it, achieving excellent loft, taste, and aroma, as well as biscotti, banana bread, and scones. everything turns out just as it should.

the shipping was amazingly fast, the package intact (large bag inside large box), no damage or insects etc.

i'll definitely buy again.

Make sure you have a safe dry place for a giant bag of flour! It's good for covering your face with if you want to look like a ghost for Halloween.

It also has merit for baking and cooking I suppose.

I use this mainly for bread making in my bread machine and EVERY loaf has come out perfectly. I always add 1tbsp of wheat germ and flax seed and the bread comes out so moist, light, airy, and fluffy. Perfect for grilled and plain sandwiches. Have it on my Subscribe and save order and will continue to buy only this flour. I have tried all of the rest and this one outshines every one.

I was amazed to find this for sale on Amazon...I normally have to order it through a co-op to save on the astronomical shipping but with my Prime account it was free. This flour is AMAZING quality. I don't think I can ever go back to store bought. I do a good deal of baking and I have noticed a huge difference in how well things turn out. Also, I typically have an adverse reaction to white flour and don't at all with this kind.
