I sealed a slate porch with 511 Seal and Enhance. It brought the colors back to life. The application is easy and the results are amazing. The product does leave a shine. Water beads on the new finish but it is not slippery.

Third time use of the product on outdoor covered porches with slate tile. We coat every 2-3 years to keep the tile sealed and looking good. This product goes on easily - I generally roll it on and then go back over it with a wiper rag by hand to make sure of even coverage. A little time consuming, on hands and knees, but it looks great and holds up pretty well to water and sun blast. It really does bring out the colors and variegation in the tiles.

Took four days to dry but worth it. (done during winter time with windows shut) I applied with roller after not happy with brush application because the brush left visible brush marks after it dried. Product really improves the look of 12 year old tile floor. I highly recommend. Also, I was concerned that it may make the floor slippery, but it does not at all not even when wet. While the product is on the expensive side, I will be buying more and doing additional areas of tile.
