Excellent and fast results- and good directions provided too!

We applied this ourselves after we already paid a contractor to apply sealant to our new concrete patio. Not sure what the contractor used, but after applying this product ourselves there was a HUGE IMPROVEMENT....it was actually perfect!
Water beads formed right away and it really is "Foundation Armor". The color of the concrete didn't change AT ALL after we applied it (before we applied Foundation Armor, we could totally see that most of the concrete changed color when wet, and there were aplotches of uneven color from the crummy job that the contractor did).
Excellent product - highly recommend!

Expensive, worth it, watch out for sprayer problems.

Expensive but worth it. Beware that this product will eat the o-rings and rubber parts of the metal sprayer listed at about $105.00 or so. It took me two days to spray all of my driveway and bricks. The second day, I had to switch sprayers. I used a plastic cheap sprayer the second day and it lasted well enough to finish but it melted the vinyl. Don't store this stuff overnight in your sprayer and don't store this indoors once opened.
SX5000 and AR350 work well together !!!!!!!
WIneman•September 12, 2016
Just finished putting SX5000 and AR350 on a 3 month old freshly poured driveway with no traffic allowed on it. I first turned off all the automatic sprinklers that went on once a day for the 3 mo. old grass and flower beds. Don't forget to do this if you want to be successful in your application. I applied the SX5000 with a sprayer, make that 3 sprayers @ 20 bucks each, this product is petroleum based and eats up normal garden sprayers after 3-4 tanks. I applied 15 gals. for approx. a 2000 sq. ft. driveway, it went on nicely and covered quite well. I waited til the next day and did some water tests and the surface repelled the water nicely on about 90 % of the driveway. The temp. by the way, was in the low 90 deg. for all the days I applied all the Foundation Armor product. I waited a day so that all the water could dry then applied the AR350 with a roller to get really good coverage, and to my surprise it only took 10 gals. to cover the same area with excellent full coverage, I guess it didn't need to penetrate as much since I had the SX5000 applied to seal the concrete. I will now go over it a second time and wait a full day before I turn back on my sprinklers, I expect to only use 6-7 gals for the second coat, the results so far look amazing, as far as longevity of the product I can only wait and see. I expect it to preform as good or better than product I have used in the past. Good product for the price at about $45 a gal.
Great product easy to apply
Strenman•July 21, 2016
Works as promised. Easy to apply and dries without changing the appearance (this is the best part). I applied this to two brick retaining walls. First I power washed the surfaces and allowed them to dry for a few days. The application is simple, just follow the instructions and wear gloves. The picture attached shows the wall is still damp with the product, before it cures. After it dries, you cannot tell it is coated, so no change in appearance.
Better than the old wall coat.

This works great! Easy to use and easy clean up. No difference in the surface of the brick at all. You see nothing. It works well, too. Had a serious downpour and it hit the whole wall. No moisture wicking into the house. It's expensive, but, it's worth it.
