I have assembled a lot of products in my life, IKEA cabinets, etc. I have learned to expect a few glitches, wrong instruction here and there and need to improvise to get the job done. Keter Factor shed included wrong hinges so, there is absolutely no way to attach the door to the unit. If you can't attach the door, you can't get the roof installed either. So, there I go, after a full day of preparing the foundation, I now have a skeleton of a shed standing that I cannot complete.

Overall, the material is very cheap and flimsy. One of the wall panels fell on the ground during the setup, folded in half and nearly broke off completely. Most parts have so much plastic overflow that you have to clean them up with a knife before they can fit together. Various "pre-drilled" holes for screws and snap on parts are covered with thin layer of plastic and need to be re-drilled. Larger parts came bent out of shape from the box and require a lot of effort to attach to each other. Great idea and size, very poor execution Keter!

I received the shed and during assembly, I discovered that two parts (CS3) were to long to be used to assemble the shed, in compliance with the assembly pictures. I tried calling the company, but they are closed on the weekend and every time I try to submit my complaint via their website it will not permit me to do so. This is the second storage solution I have purchased from Keter via Amazon.com. The first storage shed had a failed part. I called the company (888-374-4262), because their website would not permit me to submit my need in writing. I left a voicemail explaining the shed assembly could not be completed due to a failed part provided with the purchase. It took the company 3 days to call me back. I gave them a benefit of the doubt as a one time issue, but now I am not so sure. I strongly recommend shoppers look for another vendor given the significant difficulty in receiving customer service.

Ok so I waited a few months to post so I could post a thorough review. We bought this shed because we downsized and have zero storage for our things inside this house. It arrived without issue and my 19 year old son and his friend assembled the whole thing in one afternoon. We live in Florida and within a month we were under hurricane warnings. We just poured cement into 4 holes and secured some tie down hooks in them ( see pics). Then we used rope to hold it down during 2 hurricanes . The thing never leaked or moved at all. This was worth every penny.

Weak design. It arrived damaged. The package that it arrives in is not capable of standing up to todays careless shipping companies. The door hinges are plastic and break with any force.

I bought the 8x11 shed. Went together fine til we got to the roof. Bad fit. And don't try to do roof in the sun!! The sun caused the roof panels to bow and really gave us a workout trying to get the edges into the channels. Left gaps at sides at the top. Will leak. Guess I'll use some flexible caulk on gaps. They should add a corner square to cover potential gaps which I have! Cute little gutter system that won't last in downpour! I'm a Class A contractor and I won't use this product again. Going back to good ol wood and nails!
I'm back to add another comment. To be fair I just want to say that the shed hasn't leaked and it's really been raining! I'm surprised but pleased.
