I have just gotten into fused glass, so of course I went out and bought enough stuff to fill my nonexistent studio. If you are interested in this system, watch the video about it on Delphi Glass. I really like how easy it is to measure using this system. The ruler is adjustable so you can "zero" it to where your cutter will actually be scoring. In comparison to the less friendly Morton system that I have used in class, I am confident that I am cutting the length that I want to cut with Beetle Bits. Another nice thing about this system is how easy it is to cut angles, since there is a protractor built in. I recommend starting with at least 4 waffle grids (for the 18" ruler), but 6 would be ideal (I have the 23" ruler).
The Flying Beetle Cutter is not included, and isn't necessary (I don't have one). I highly recommend Beetle Bits for anyone looking to invest in a glass cutting system.
