Broken dishes seems to be a regularity

We bought two sets and they are very sharp looking dishes. However, the Gordon Ramsay box they come in has a very big "Fragile, handle with care" sticker, however, Amazon puts one of their boxes over and they DO NOT put a fragile sticker on it. Out of two sets of dishes, I had 1 coffee mug and two bowls shattered in the box.

It's a great set of plates. Look nice, easy to clean. Only issue is that the seller cheaps out on the delivery packaging. The set is wrapped in paper and put into a box that is about 40% empty leaving room for the dinnerware set box to thrash around and wasn't labeled fragile.
Had to contact amazon and they were able to replace the broken parts. 15 of the 16 were fine.

One plate was broken and the box arrived not complete sealed. It is visible in the picture taken by the delivery personnel.

I really liked the dishes. I ordered 2 sets and both came with broken dishes. One set was also the wrong color. They were replaced within one week. One box of the replacement dishes had broken dishes again so it was returned. I wasn't offered an exchange so just took the refund and ordered another set elsewhere. The dishes are nice if you can get them all in one piece!
