I had received two sets of these dishes for my bridal shower, they have been great when we entertain outside. I went back and bought another set (large family problems) and I am still just as pleased! They hold up really well, my niece used a plate as a frisbee (ugh) but no damage! I throw them in the dishwasher and haven't noticed any wash issues. The marble pattern is really nice, goes with any table setting.

I love beautiful pottery dishesd their colors their decor their shine. BUT I'M SICK TO DEATH OF HAVING TO CARRY A PLATE OF FOOD IN THEM WITH BOTH HANDS AND A WHEELBARROW. Soooo these PLASTIC dishes do just fine. No you can't wash them in the dishwasher...not a problem for me as my family is very small. No you can't put them in the microwave...again, not a problem since the things I heat are usually in their own microwaveable container. Meanwhile these are so light, so easy to carry around so easy to wash that they are perfect for my needs which are to not get pulled muscles from trying to put them on the shelf after washing. I liked them so well I ordered a second set and now the only heavy things in my kitchen are the stove and refrigerator.
