Doesn't seem that iridescent to me and it is not 33 all together. It came in about ten different bags. Though I'm assuming I could attach them together if I need to for my next party.

The quality is about what I expected. Not too cheap looking, not too high end. Fine for most purposes. Would look best with a light source near them.
