We have had this water heater about 4 months and it was working fine, now it is now broken, we have done all the trouble shooting, adjusting water pressure and temps and even bought a new breaker for the circuit it was on. The light that says it is heating comes on then fades and we can not get any hot water. I have read other reviews that say after Bosch was outsourced to China the quality of the products went down.

Good product, easy installation. Got it hooked up to a garage sink that's used for hand and parts cleaning. Heats the water nicely but the volume of water has a direct effect on the temperature of the water. To get good solid hot water I just need to throttle back the hot water output at the faucet, not really a problem. I would recommend this tankless water heater however I am glad I got the 12 kw version, I can't imagine the lower powered units really delivering good hot water.

Only lasted 35 days. The reset button is inside the cover on this unit. Must uninstall from under sink just to push the reset button.

This Tank-less hot water heater worked good for a week then stopped working. Contacted Tech. support and the unit was Reset with the Reset button on the water flow sensing device. Temperature range on the "Low" setting was 90 F to 128 F.

This worked great for three weeks. Then it started to kick the breaker. The reset button has always been difficult to press down. After two months, the item completely stopped working. Great right after the two month return policy.
