The phone is okay for what it is. It does work in a power outage we just learned that today. The Rings are as annoying as all get-out but you won't miss the phone when it starts to ring. I'm shocked when my mother tells me that it's still not loud enough when she's trying to use the phone. I don't know if the world is ready to make a phone that she can hear. But it does work. Wish it would have been a little cheaper

My mom has difficulty hearing and our phone conversations were punctuated by "What did you say" every other sentence. This phone delivered a clear loud sound so that she was able to hear my responses and increased our communication. There were more features than I need with this phone but her being able to listen clearly certainly made it worth the price. I would like to have had more ringer options on the phone. That would be my only drawback. A good value and my mom and I now have good conversations.
