This is just lovely. Smells soothing and retains heat (I haven't used it as a cool pack yet.)
I wish the item was a little bigger/longer and could wrap around the back of my neck or shoulders. I've used it for menstrual cramps and it was perfect for that. I'm just not sure that the size of the pack is worth that much money.

I Mainly use this for My Castor Oil Pack Treatments for Fertility👶🻠and Cramps🔴. The Aromatherapy herbs is a plus and pleasant scent

The first few weeks of usage after purchase it stays hot for a long time
I'm now on month 3 of using the heat pad and it only stays hot for 30 mins max 😞💔

TIP 💡: The Longest you can heat this up is 2 MINUTES AND 10 SECONDS Max

It smells nice but I don't like it as well as the corn cob one I bought years and years ago that was made in Canada. Unfortunately I didn't find this out until I bought one for myself after I already bought one as a gift for a family member. It does seem well made it just doesn't hold as much he tore for as long as the corn cob one I have

I have been using these herbal rice packs for years, why because they work! I love them, and I prefer them over an electric heating pad any day.Just heat them in the microwave for a few minutes, minding not to make it overly hot, you don't want to burn your skin after all. The basic one shown here is lovely for getting out some of that tension in your shoulders due to stress, or great for your aching back. I also like to heat them up and use them to warm up my freezing feet in the winter months. Unfortunately, this is where I hold all my stress . You can also freeze them and use these pads as a cooling pad as well. Received yesterday and tried it out. 1) The aroma is very strong - I'm not one to be sensitive to smells but after using for just 10-15 minutes I developed a headache from the aroma and 2) after putting in the microwave for a minute as the directions indicated, it is lukewarm - it doesn't develop a strong enough heat to really make a difference. I tried microwaving for a little longer as well to see if that would make a difference and no luck. This can also be used for cold therapy as well although I haven't tried that.

Last thing, don't throw away the bag. It's designed for you to continue to use to expand the shelf life of the product. Long term, seems like kind of a pain in the butt to continue to bag it up after use every time rather than just sticking on a nightstand drawer to make it last.
