I unfortunately purchased 2 cases of this flavor because it was on sale at such a great price point, but I immediately regret that leap of faith after trying my first shake. There are far better tasting options out there from Muscle Milk and other brands.

I have been drinking Muscle Milk in different flavors for about 12 months. I saw this Cookes and Creme variety and bought some as it was a good sale price. I'm not sure if my batch is off or what, but it tastes nasty, compared to the chocolate, banana or vanilla flavors. I bought two big boxes, so I might be returning them if I open the next bottle and it's just as bad. Disappointed. Buy the chocolate. It's delicious. And so is the banana and the vanilla.

If you're buying one of these. You are probably on the high-protein, low-carb diet, low cal diet. This review compares two ready made high protein shakes. Both appropriate for such a diet.
TASTE:
I don't like the taste of artificial sweeteners. It leaves a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. That said the Muscle Milk CookiesnCreme was excellent!! CREAMY!! Delicious. NO AFTERTASTE!
The myoplex mocha is good while you drink it but nasty aftertaste

OVERALL WINNER: MUSCLES MILK BY A LANDSLIDE!! Both are adequate in terms of protein. But when it comes to taste and nutrition beyond protein. Muscle Milk wins hands down!
