I have lost track as to how many bottles of this Nantucket Spider I have perchased. Glad to see on Amazon when was out at local store. Also, a heads up, there is a formula for "˜Camp Kids' that is equally as good but not quite as strong in smell. Works great. I get reactions to insect bites and this has been a life saver for me.

Great for gnats, flies, and no-seeums, pretty good for ticks. Works well on all mosquitoes in the northeast (NY,CT) works well on majority of mosquitoes in the southeast (NC,SC) but needs more frequent application. When you stop smelling lemony and start smelling pine/cedar/sandalwood, time to reapply. Can be put in tiny travel spray bottles, just always shake first so it's well mixed before you pour or spray, and rub it in with or on top of sun block. Spray the top of your socks and shoulders, and you can spray your hair with the bonus that makes it shinier! I have used this on my dog, (just shoulders and back) and he appreciated it too, and now has a lustrous coat and no itches. Seems to work better than "summer camp" smell for the southeast.

I first came across this bug repellent on a summer trip to Martha's Vineyard. We purchased it in a little shop in town and it worked wonders. No bites the entire time we were there and it smelled great. Most bug sprays smell terrible but this has a pleasant smell. I also love that they make it in small travel sizes as well which I too on my trip to New Orleans. I use it for my son as well.

Does not seem to work on the mosquitos around us... we have at least 3-4 types and my poor son is a mosquito magnet. I doused us in this stuff at a picnic and both kids were COVERED in bites, 50+. I tried dousing their bedding in it with no effect, other than making me feel better that I was trying something. I was really hoping it would work as I don't like using DEET on them, but I'm going back to the Off. Gnats and midges seem unaffected by this as well. I can't speak for ticks as we haven't had issues with them. I do recommend to shake this up a LOT as I noticed the scent (and probably oil content) changed over time from pleasant to be unbearably strong as we got closer to the bottom of the bottle.

This stuff smells so good! I originally bought from Whole Foods but couldn't find again. My friends are all using this and the kids love the smell. Also love the lock feature. Spray is really cool too. I love this and I HATE bugspray.
