It was hard for me to tell if the air was enough in the balloon inside the bag using the pump that came it. The gloves for me were too small to properly fit my hand with the wraps. It also didn't provide enough padding. The bag itself is awesome though. Perfect amount of give with each punch. No out of control swinging like other bags... if I had to do it again, i would just buy the bag by itself.
