I ordered one and I am glad I did it

I spent a lot of time reading reviews on this bed pendant & not knowing if it was going to work on my IH720 Invacare bed, I ordered one and I am glad I did it. This pendant has a heavy duty cord and long enough that I connected the cord into the junction box instead of the adapters that this bed has on both sides. I spend a lot of money on bed pendants and as long as this one is available, I will continue support this vendor.

I am disabled and use a very old hospital type bed. The control became unreliable and I was having trouble getting in and out of bed. The new control fixed the bed and I am greatfull we were able so solve the problem so easily through Amazom.
Warranty Help Please!

Stopped working correctly a Saturday. When I was trying to lay the "back" to a downward position, the scissor lift for the legs went up! I bought this for my disabled husbands bed as the original pendant was failing. Before a few days ago, it worked fine. Now he's afraid to use and get stuck in another awkward and very uncomfortable position.
How do I get this replaced quickly? I hope there is a warranty as we live on a fixed income. Took months to save up for this.
ETA- After a miscommunication, the seller shipped me a brand new pendant that arrived today. Works perfectly, thank you very much!

MADE FOR THE INVACARE BED AND WORKS AS IT SHOULD. I INSTALLED THIS ON A BED THAT HAD THREE MOTORS BUT THE OLD PENDANT ONLY HAD THE HEAD AND FOOT BUTTONS, (A TWO MOTOR PENDANT.)
THIS PENDANT OPERATES THE "BED LIFT" WHICH HAD NEVER BEEN USED AND MAKES THE BED MUCH MORE USABLE FOR MOBILITY IMPAIRED PATIENTS.
