Bought this for my dad after his hip replacement. He couldn't use it with his adjustable bed. With the feet and head raising and lowering there wasn't a flat enough space to secure the rail and be able to get out of the bed. It also became unsafe when the bed was adjusted since the legs of the rail would raise off the floor. Four stars because it would probably work great on a regular bed.
Does not work on a complete bed frame.
