Outstanding packaging, not a single crack or mistake with the fine bone china, looks fantastic and elegant.

I can't think of any negative things to say about this fine china other than it is a little bit tedious to clean delicately by hand.

What an adorable dinnerware set. The design is modest yet so elegant that it catches a lot of attention. They are light and delicate, but surprisingly looking durable and resistant from chipping. I haven't used them yet as they are intended for special occasions. However, am sure they will give much joy to my family and guests once they are used. I checked every piece and not one was dented nor broken. Everything came in perfect condition and delivery was earlier than expected. And what's more, the price is so affordable. I highly recommend this dinnerware set. A million thanks to the seller and Amazon.

These dishes far surpassed my expectations. They are beautiful with an elegant, simplistic design. They were carefully packaged, and arrived a day earlier than expected. I am very pleased with them. Had a negative experience with a different seller with a set of dishes that looked great on line and had a beautiful navy blue 24k gold design, but the dishes contained many pits and a sandlike, lumpy surface. I was relieved to see that this seller sent what I saw and what they described. A great value for the price: Love, love, love them!!

Very nicely packaged, nothing was chipped or broken. All the dishes were exactly as described and shown in the featured pictures. VERY beautiful set of dishes. Unless you have a rough hand, these should last you a while.
My only complaint was that when I was unpacking the dishes there was a weird smell on them-- almost like gasoline. Maybe that was just from sitting in the delivery truck? But after a good scrubbing, they were perfect! Love, love, LOVE them!

This is definitely much better looking in person. This is coming form an old Fritz and Floyd and Lennox owner. This is every bit the same quality. Perhaps i was lucky, but I received no broken or defective items. Everything was perfect! looking to buy a second set.
