There was a bit of snafu with my order (they sent straw with grass seed and fertilizer). I can't have fertilizer in my yard because of my epileptic dog. The company IMMEDIATELY responded to my message, sent me an RMA form (there was a FEDEX glitch that they quickly resolved) and sent me the correct replacement, no questions asked, no hassle. As far as the straw and tack goes, it is pet safe, densely packed and plentiful!

I love this straw for my garden to use as much, I use it every year. I've been buying through Amazon until I discovered it at my local tractor supply store for way cheaper. So it's great if you can't find it in your area and want to spend the extra money for it. But always check your local stores.
