5 stars because great value, easy to use, and the bread comes out real tasty. Don't know why I never used Instant Yeast before, this is so easy to just add in with all the dry ingredients, no warming up in water. Great value because it is a whole 16 oz, not like store bought which is usually 4 ounces for higher price. The bread tastes really good, which could be the yeast but really I don't know if that's the yeast, the flour, amount of salt, etc.
Cut one star because it has a 2-year expiration date, and mine only had 3 months left. Regardless, if I make a loaf every week, and can probably go a month or so after expiration date, at $6.50 it will still be cheaper than store bought, even if I end up throwing half of it away.
