I always buy this SAF instant yeast from Amazon. I cannot find this brand or size in the local stores. Best quality and it ships for free. Store it in the freezer and it will last at least a year after it is opened.

The last time I bought this, I emptied the opened package into a mason car and kept it in the fridge. Toward the end of the jar I ended up having to use *slightly* more than the bread recipes called for because it was TWO YEARS OLD!! I hope this new package has the same kind of longevity!
