The Regular Kozy Collar has 7 channels and lays flat across the collar bone area and only a little down the back: weigh approximately 2 ½ pounds. The Large/Long Kozy Collar has 12 channels to cover across the shoulders and down the shoulder blades: weigh approximately 4 ½ pounds.
