Nice mini-itx board for a 80's disco hall
Snowlion✓ Verified PurchaseOctober 16, 2017
Nice case - though there's only space for a half height expansion card. There seems to be space for a full height (but not full length) that lies cross the top of the motherboard (would require a extender cable). But that would leave no space for a chassis fan and doesn't sound like a good idea.

Anyway no points taken off for that - nice mini-itx case if you plan to use the onboard gpu.

The only downside with the ML05B model is that the front panel is mirrored - seriously! Doesn't show like that on the product page. Not sure what to do about that...docked a star for that - should really dock another one for not making it clear on the product page.
ML09B is about as small as you can get for an ITX system with 2-slot GPU

This is for the ML09B (I really wish all these reviews for different cases weren't listed together).

Pros:
* Well-constructed steel case. Edges are smooth and panels are a decent strength.
* Fits a dual-slot GPU along with 2x 80mm fans if you remove the fans from the GPU, which I did for my 1050TI since the tiny fans that came with it were extremely loud. Note that all the 1050TI cards I've seen have an angled bracket for the DVI port that blocks a regular 25mm-thick fan in one of the fan mount points. You would need a thin 80mm fan to fit there.
* Fits a Noctua NH-L12 heat sink if the top bracket is removed. This decreases the stability of the top panel in that area but I don't expect people to put a lot of weight on top of the ventilation holes.
* Decent amount of space around the mobo for wire routing.

Cons:
* It would be nice if the USB ports were front-facing on the opposite side of the case and the drive cage were smaller. That way you'd have more space for the GPU and easier cable routing next to the PSU.
* The plastic front panel collects dust easily..
* Stupidly bright blue LEDs.
Small, Stylish mini-ITX Case with lots of room!

So this is the first mini-ITX case I've used. As a PC Case, it's pretty standard, but there are a couple of flaws.
All the parts fit fine. The Power supply, hard drive bay, and motherboard are all as one would expect.

I like the magnetic fan filter, which lets you put the filter on one of several possible locations, without having to use screws.
I like that you can add an optional slot-loading DVD drive -- you can use a laptop DVD drive with slot-loading, without worrying about finding a drive with the correct color bezel, plus slot-loading drives appeal to people who like a stylish case.
The amount of space for airflow and fans in this case make it a great buy. You have room for 4 SSDs, lots of cables, and there are at least 4 or 5 places to mount extra fans.

The only flaw is with the Case's USB 3.0 cables. They only plug into motherboards that have a single 16-pin, notched socket. For older motherboards, where you have 2 smaller 8-pin sockets for an external USB port, like I have on mine, you will need to abandon the front-panel USB ports. My project was to find the cheapest quad-core ITX board, and I got one that was about $25 (ecs bat j1800). Fortunately, for my project, I need to use a USB Hub, anyway, so I'm not at a loss.
Great case, no frills, Very good example of value for the price.

I had heard of this case awhile ago, and only recently got around to actually transferring my old server PC's components into it, to be used as an HTPC under my TV. For the price, I think it does everything it should do. It is a good form factor, not too large but still large enough to accommodate a modest collection of PC components. For those keeping tallies of such things, I'm using an Antec EarthWatts 380W PSU (the green one, non-modular). Fits fine. I don't think anyone going for this case should be expecting to have the levels of flexibility he or she would with normal tower-type cases, i.e. this case is very tight with the PSU fit, requires low-profile expansions cards, more specific cable management. Honestly, I was lazy. I'm running a core i3-4170 with stock cooler, no other fans in the system except the PSU's own fan, one single SSD, and using onboard graphics, and I didn't really bother much with the cable management. Given all of this, the thing is nearly silent (my Xbox One is noticeably louder), and it runs around 35 degrees C consistently. The quality of the case in terms of feel of the metal, cutouts being made correctly, etc. is very good, but about what you'd expect for a case at this price point (I paid $60, shipped and sold by Amazon). Meaning, you have to bend/flex the case metal a tiny bit to get a screw to thread correctly here and there, etc. All in all, can't complain. It does its job correctly and looks good doing it. One final note, if you're between this and the ML04, I was too. I got this because it was about $20 cheaper, and from what I can tell, the main difference is the front panel closing up on the ML04 to make a smoother front look. To me, if you're actually using the front USB2 ports on a regular basis at all, that makes the ML03 actually a better choice so you don't have a door flipped down a lot. Just a personal preference.
Very nice case.

This case is exactly what I needed for my HTPC. The last HTPC case I had (also from SilverStone) was 2" taller and allowed less airflow in the small media cabinet I have. Two problems I had with this case was my Blu-ray drive and power supply were both large and gave almost no room for cabling. Also air flow is 99% from the right side of the case meaning hot air and cool air are coming from the same location (not ideal). I will upload a couple photos.
