Solid..affordable

Productivity build..H210 paired with a ASUS ROG STRIX B550-i, 3900x, Kraken x53, 32GB Corsair PRO, 2x 1TB 970 Evo NVME, and a basic RTX 2060.
This is a really good case if you are looking for an ITX with some elbow room. Easy to build in and just small enough to tuck away or showcase and it not take up any room. Thermals seem solid so far with not much effort in fan curves.
PROS: The Kraken x53 fit nicely in the front in push/pull configuration and I was able to slide it up enough to route the tubes over the center 'brace'. Basement is plentiful and if you have a demanding GPU, using a SFX power supply will give you ample airflow coming up through it (but most ATX power supply's work just fine). Acoustics are solid. Cable routing is a dream. Enough room in the back for a Corsair commander pro and a led hub and your cable madness (but seriously..they make velcro and cable ties for a reason). The rear fan adjustability is perfect for air cooling and AIOs. I have done multiple itx builds and this case is a 10 to work in.
NEUTRAL: The HD LED is fairly bright so you may want to disconnect it using the front panel individual pin adapter they provide. The top panel seems a little thin and sometimes the fan has slight vibrations.
CONS: The front panel is a pain to remove! Get your elbow grease out!! Some of the captive thumb screws are a little tough to line up and go in straight.
If you need teeny..look elsewhere. If you want tiny..this will be good. If you want small..perfect!
GPU dimensions for those who need to know: Dual slot max (no more than 2 slots on the mark), air intake or 120 rad on top = 11.5", front 240 rad with single fans = 10.5", 240 rad in push/pull = 9.5". Have fun!

Absolutely stunning case

Great build quality! Absolutely the best case I have ever used - a completely logical design. Cable routing is awesome, total functionality inside, and it looks stunning. Loved building in it!
Great

If I could give this case 10 stars I would without hesitation.
I am a veteran systems engineer by trade, so I am pretty critical of cases. This one is practically perfect! The build quality is excellent, the built in fan/RGB header is very useful and the software to control it is well developed.
It is a goldilocks size case, as well. Not too big, but big enough to not be a pain to work on. Full length graphics cards are no problem to fit. Cable management is excellent and the thermals on this case are some of the best I have ever seen of any case at any size. In my build I run a Ryzen 5600x along with an nVidia 2080Ti all in one custom water loop. I have a single 240mm utra-thin radiator in the front (which fits perfectly in this case, as do more standard size 240mm rads), 2x 120mm fans on the rad, and one case fan. Under 1 hour full load stress (GPU and CPU combined) the GPU never goes over 50c and the CPU gets to the mid 60's, with water temps hovering around 43c. Under typical gaming the GPU stays in the mid 40's and the CPU never gets above 57-58c ... on one single slim 240 radiator! That is just utterly outstanding. Case temps never go higher than 6c over ambient, so the MB, VRM, PCH, and memory stay nice and cool. Kudos to NZXT for carefully considering airflow instead of making it an afterthought.
The case is very quiet - the factory included fans not so much. I won't ding the case for this as basically all cases have cheap fans and good one are easy and inexpensive to come by.
The case is handsome, yet understated. I would go so far as to call it elegant, in style as well as technical design.
In case anyone wishes to replicate my build, any mITX board fits fine. Even dITX fits. The rad I used was the XSPC 240mm ultra thin. The pump was the EKWB FLT120 DDC, which fits perfectly on the back of this case where an optional rear fan would go. The fans are all Phanteks 120mm (F120MP_BK_PWM) at $13.50 apiece on Amazon but Noctua works great too. Radiator fans blow toward the front of the case (push configuration), and top fan blows into the case to cool the mobo and provide a fresh air stream and minimize negative pressure behind the radiator fans.
The glass panel is tight, as it should be - this should seal well and not vibrate. The build quality, and fit/finish are simply excellent. If it is not abundantly clear at this point, I simply love this case!

Excellent build quality, ok temps and build options

This was the first time I used an NZXT product for one of my builds, and the fit and finish of this case was excellent. Great for anyone that wants a clean simple case while still being able to show off their fancy gamer build. Only mild complaints are with build restrictions and airflow.
The case is designed around a specific layout: rads want to be up front, cables have to use the classic NZXT shroud, etc. Not really a problem if you're ok with how they planned things out, but know it's not the most flexible layout.
Airflow is not amazing compared to other ITX cases with more perforations. However, the entire front intake area is covered by a dust filter, and realistically your temps will probably be only a couple degrees C higher than a case that has a lot more holes (and probably dust) in it.
- yes it fits a Noctua D15 with Chromax covers
- yes it fits an ATX PSU
- the NZXT cable shroud is removable for squeezing in a top fan
- if you have a bracket to stack 3.5in hard drives, you can fit at least 2 inside the lower shroud
- cable management is great as long as you follow their intended layout
- wish the glass panel was tinted, or that this came with a vented metal side panel option
- add your rear M.2 drive before installing the motherboard in this case. The mounting screw was blocked on the Strix B550-i
