Did not work for me...

Yes, this product is a nightmare to untangle. Other reviewers have noted that birds and other animals can get caught and harmed in the net. I actually caught a snake in mine, and I live in a residential neighborhood! It took me a half hour with a pair of scissors to get the 18 inch garter snake free. And, the birds still managed to eat my berry plants--despite all the trouble I had. The net went in the trash.

Didn't work at all. After reading other reviews I was looking for something that didn't tangle so bad. The birds loved this. They went under it, around it, on it. Unless you have an incredibly small tree this is useless. The birds laughed at us as they stripped our trees.

I had a dozen little sprouts. Kale, Collards etc...damned pigeons pecked them out of the soil. Left them behind for dead. Replanted, used this netting and I am protected!
Good but need low cost zip tie's in bundles of 500 or 1000. See my advice.

I bought this with Amazon's "Conwork Self-Locking Nylon Cable Ties, 6-Inch 1000 Pcs ". It was my solution to my by young back yard peach tree bearing fruit the first year! The low cost ties are the key to this project success! The pvc and frame cost a small fortune, but the low cost netting and zip ties were my savior.

I needed something to keep the birds away from my window boxes where I have strawberries and leaf lettuce planted. ...just didn't feel like running out to Lowe's or Wal-Mart. The birds were picking out the leaf lettuce roots and all when I cut the lettuce to eat and they only saw stalks left. I only wish I could have purchased a smaller package, but I'm sharing with a neighbor.
