Ahhh! I'm in love with this! This is such a cool sprinkler - we had it for only a few minutes and my dog instantly figured out how to work it! Now we can have water available to him all the time! Just be sure if you have it on a garden hose the garden hose isn't sitting in the sun or the water that comes out will be hot- but it is an amazing item for your fur-babies!

I read all the reviews and was hesitant about buying it. I really wanted it though so I kept reading... After seeing a video of someone who fixed their issue I decided to go ahead and try it. I should have listened to my gut. I bought this in spring time and did not try it out until it was summer and all the thunderstorms had died out.

I took the item out of the box and hooked it up to a short hose (I don't like long hoses for the dog because the water comes out sooo hot by sitting all day in the sun. A short hose in the shade ensures my dog will not get a face full of hot water). I turned on the water and tried it. IT WORKED! I was sooo happy. There was minimal leakage if any and was thrilled I would not have to go through the video steps I saw. For 3 days I tried to teach my puppy how to use it. She understood water came from it but not how it turned on :-). Day 4.....NOTHING! WHAT???? I went through all the troubleshooting.... unhooked hose and re attached. Made sure it wasn't kinked. Water pressure ok. Next I took out the hinge pin to see it or the nozzle was obstructed. Nope. Cleaned it all up and reattached. Turned on hose I got 4 sec of water YAY!! Then... NOTHING!

I wanted to return it but when I tried, my time of course had expired since I bought it months before using. UGH! Buyers beware.... Great idea....BAD construction.

A friend bought one of these dog fountains as a gift for me and my dog absolutely loved playing with it. And it worked for maybe two or three summers; so when it failed, I bought another. And unfortunately, that one only worked maybe two or three times. A friend of mine tried to fix it; but, we can't figure out why it lost water pressure. I would no longer recommend this product even though at first I thought it was fantastic.

I had to return the first one I bought due to it being defective. This product works but I'm having issues getting the dog to step on it herself. She loves the water coming up but wants us to step on it to make it work. You also have to be careful to hook it up somewhere where there isn't constant sun shining on the hose, otherwise the water comes out of it very hot. It would burn your dog if you aren't careful. Its a great concept, there is just issues to be careful of.

Like so many other reviews, this broke after only a couple times used. It built up pressure and would spray really high until the pressure let off. My dogs weren't the slightest bit interested in using it. It was a complete waste of money. Lesson learned: If a product has many bad reviews, there's probably a reason. I don't recommend this product.
