Had it almost 3 weeks. Quiet (no pump noise just trickling water), easy to get filter refills, easy to clean. I like that although it's mostly stainless steel, I can see the water level. 3 cats 1 dog all using it. First day I removed the "fountain" feature, after that no problem they love it. Long eared dog sometimes soaks her ears (so I put a plastic tray under it to collect drops) but otherwise no negatives so far.
