I love this pet fountain! And so do 2 of my cats, one of which is now drinking more than he had been! My other two cats, who are a bit older, and maybe that makes them less adventuresome, aren't as keen on the fountain. One, will come up and look at it, and if I turn it off, he will drink from it. My female cat, avoids it completely (but in all fairness, she is afraid of corners and the ceiling fan-even when it is turned off!)

I bought this to get my cats drinking more water and they loved it. My dogs even loved drinking out of it. We ended up having puppies and I could not keep it filled up enough so it went dry and ended up burning up the pump for it. Totally my fault. This has worked great up until then. Well worth the money. I wish I could buy just another pump for it but for the price a new one is not bad.

I got this for my finicky cat! He will not drink out of it, but do not let that deter you! My cat is afraid of everything so the fountain scares him! UPDATE:He is drinking out of it!!!! I can't believe it!!!
It is a nice unit and the blue light looks very nice in the dark. It is very quiet. The only issue I had was with the assembly. The filter motor has a hose that attaches to bowl. When the hose is pushed flushed, it is not long enough for the filter motor to sit flat on the bottom. You can get it to sit flat but then the hose doesn't fit securely. I don't know if that will cause an issue in the long run. And I do not know if it was just operator error! You may have no issues with the assembly so I would at least try it!!

I've used this product for nearly 2 years as it really helped my cats drink more water.
However one day my pump stopped working and after reaching out to customer service they were willing to replace the pump even outside of the warranty time frame.
You do have to buy replacement filters but that's the same for all these fountains

First of all, 5his deserves a five star. The only reason that it isn't, is because it took my cats a week to approach it and not be afraid. After that, they have been using it frequently and having much cleaner water for it!
