Had a temporary fly problem (about a week) and these worked GREAT. These were the big looking house flies. Though it's not nice to see this thing filled with a bunch of dead flies, I didn't care because they would catch them all on a daily basis. I hung two them next to my big kitchen window which helped them "come into the light"! x_x
