I used the recipe online for the bread maker sandwich bread from the company. I have a kitchenarm machine but I did my own personal setting of a 20 minute knead time (I did have to scrape the sides a bit), a 40 minute rest (possibly could have gone to 50 min) and a one hour bake. Depending on the crust that you want you could probably go with five minutes less or five minutes more baking. It turned out perfect. So soft with softer edges than most. Almost falls apart in your hand like regular bread. Not crumbly, but just that soft. I have used two other brands one a bread mix and the other a flour blend. This one is more work but by far better. I would say it made about a two pound loaf.

We boiled the water and added some yoghurt, oil, salt in it. Then added the flour and keep stirring it. After the dough was cooled, we kneaded it. These roti turned out really soft. While they dont taste like wheat roti, we have to add garlic powder, cumin powder to the flour to enhance flavor. Overall good experience with flour.
