Kinda strange stuff -- works best for me when mixed w/other alternative flours like lentil flour. Without it, this is dry and powdery and unusual.... and a very small pkg for the price!

I bought this product based on a recommendation for low carb gravy. It did thicken the sauce nicely, however it was slightly concealed and clear. My husband loved the flavor, but I did not. It does leave a distinct flavor in the sauce, not bad but different. I think it would be good for Indian food or Asian, but I didn't care for it for chicken gravey.

I ordered this to use as a gluten-free flour substitute but unfortunately the flour is processed on equipment with gluten! Ugh waste of $$!
