Very soft, cool and comfortable

I ordered a size up from what I usually wear, and the fit is just right (I don't have a narrow waist). This slip isn't stretchy like the nylon ones; only the waistband stretches. The material is a nice flat cotton, like a thin pillow case. It is very cool on hot days. The waistband elastic is a little stiff, but it has softened up after washing and wearing.

This may not be a great choice under very tight-fitting clothes due to the extra material at the waist (it doesn't stretch, so there is more material there). For looser clothes in hot weather, this is much more comfortable than nylon.

I wish they made it in different lengths. I could use a shorter version of this as well.

A great find for me! It is light and delicate, - perfect for summer. The skirt is 100% cotton with a darling lace detail at the bottom and an A-line shape, which is flattering on many shapes. I got this skirt to wear with my scrub dresses for the summer. I am a home health nurse and I live in TX. This light slip extends my scrub dress by an inch or so, showing a delicate lace detail and keeping me cool and comfortable. I wish it came in navy and black... I'd buy them all!

I fretted about whether the size small would fit. I am 5'4" and 110 lbs and the small fit perfectly both around the waist and in the length. But, I need not have worried, as when the slip arrived there was a form that noted the company offers a fit guarantee. They don't pay your shipping as far as I can tell, but they will replace the slip with the right size if it doesn't work. For something this light weight shipping would be minimal.

I love this slip! Cotton slips are almost impossible to find in brick and mortar stores, but are a necessity for the summer. This one is attractive with the lace. It hits around mid knee to just below the knee.

Liked the way it fit, washes up wonderfully and is not sheer.
