I bought three of these items to put under some large 200-CD spinners I've had for decades. The black matches my CD spinners and the 15" size seemed good (though I probably could've gone one size down). As you can imagine, 200 CDs weigh a fair amount, but these rotating stands seem to handle the weight quite well (so far...time will tell).
I think they are overpriced though. I bought the first one with Amazon credit I had, so I didn't care as much that $35 was a bit steep for this product. When I ordered 2 more, I realized there were cheaper alternatives. However, I wanted the three to be the same and the first was fine, so I sucked it up and paid the 'premium' price for the unit. Not a huge deal, but it feels more like a $25 product considering what it is.
