Slow and easy

Loved the end result but you can not try to rush thru it. Very tacky a light mist of water helps but you need to make sure to get all the air bubbles out. Once stuck down it is very hard to lift to reposition so make sure you are precise. Hard work but the outcome is awesome and much cheaper than a new counter top.
Looks very good, changed the kitchen appearance completely

It was my first time, I installed it with many mistakes yet this particular brown-black granite pattern is very "forgiving" - you can't notice the "imperfections". Looks very good, changed the kitchen appearance completely. With couple accidental cracks & wrinkles (bubbles not removed properly, melted with a blow dryer) still looks way better than plain old white laminate.
Fit to the countertop, mark the reverse side of the film, cut to the size you will need + leave 1/4 of an inch on every side just in case, rip the paper somewhere in the middle of the piece you are about to glue and, after positioning it properly, glue it, - don't be afraid to rip off and re-glue again, until you really have it positioned right and markings on the reverse side match the edges of the existing countertop. After the middle is glued continue ripping of paper and gluing on - from middle to the edges. Make sure you press-out the bubbles while you do it. After all glued, use blow dryer on "hot" to melt the edges - that makes them stick better.

I was surprised that this product looked just like granite. Quick and easy to transform any surface.
