I am by no means an audiophile, so keep that in mind. Super easy to hook up. I did have to use the existing wires since they had a plug for the back of the receiver but easy to do. They sound good to me, really just using for radio, the occasional CD and occasionally run the TV through the receiver. This is by the way probably 30 years old at least receiver.

These little speakers are great. They are loud for their size. Pair them with a sub and they sound good. They are extremely easy to mount with the included mounting bracket. They are also light enough to mount on the wall even if you can't find a stud. Just use regular wall anchors. Their small size allows them to be placed almost anywhere. The days of lugging huge tower speakers from place to place are over! I plan on buying more.
