I could not say in words how beautiful of gold colored countertop is!!! Have not applied it to my counters yet because I ordered two smaller piece for my countertops and my breakfast bar! Don't hesitate to order it I believe we're going to love it as a family and I'm going to make my kitchen the best and favorite room in the house because of it, my floors are next!

I wanted to let anyone purchasing, please use your spray for water to move and adjusted your product, The blow Dryer is the real trick and soft and sticking to your counter, after you get it to your choice to fit! I learned as I continue to apply! Made some mistake, but overall! Love my new countertops 💖

A must have item for rentals

I had success with this product but it's not as easy as the product description would have you believe, particularly if you are working with curves, which I was on a sink area. And I did get bubbles/creases on the back part of the sink area. Fortunately, they aren't noticeable because they are in the back - this adhered perfectly and bubble-free on all the flat surfaces - and I used a hair dryer to heat the paper and press as much of it down as possible.
I worked on the sides first, then the top. This is easy to cut if you are using a new, sharp blade. But you have to take your time and go slowly. it took me many hours to do the sink. Especially as you need to carefully cut away the excess around the actual sink piece. I have one more counter to do but I need another day for that.
As for quality/durability, this is holding up well around the sink, getting wet, etc. It's easy to wash and dry with a sponge. I would not use any abrasives or chemicals with this although it is pretty thick and sturdy.
It really changes the look of an otherwise dreary NYC rental. See pics.

This product is great. It's thick and durable. I gave 3 stars on installation because it does take some time to get in on right. You have to really work with it to smooth it out. As long as your surface is clean and lightly spray your surface and the back of the vinyl with water it's very easy to position and move around. Just be very patient in getting the water and any bubbles out. Once it's on and completely smooth take a hairdryer and go acrossed it to completely seal it to the surface. You can actually see and feel the vinyl adhering to the surface. This part is also very important for any outside corners and the front edge. It's also very helpful to watch videos on how to install this. Once it is on it's on it feels and looks wonderful just like real granite and it's shiny and smooth. I would definitely recommend this product and will purchase again .

It did perform better than I expected, but I did not have high expectations, as that is the nature if trying to use vinyl as a countertop surface, it is just not good practice. That being said.. if you still want to try to take the cheap way out, I would recommend this. Sometimes it is not feesible to replace counter tops, and that is when this stuff can save your day. It takes skill to apply properly, not because this product is lacking, but because what you are trying to do requires great skill to look perfect. With the correct skill level, this stuff can look amazing. I don't expect it to hold up long term, but it works in a pinch. Do NOT put hot items on it, do NOT drag stuff across it and you'll be fine... for a little while. Do use a water/ soap mix (very very very little soap) to apply it and get a heat gun. Order more than you need and practice first. This is not good for counters with curves, as no vinyl product really is.
